what's in a song? i had a few long, tired, blue days this week, so one thing i did was get a lot of sleep last night. my alarm radio woke me up bright and shiny today to bob marley's "get up, stand up: stand up for your rights ... don't give up the fight!" which i thought was exactly what i needed. [yeah, i know i probably sound like a deluded fourteen year old as i write this]
